What is included for Trentios System 3 Installation?
Standard Installation comes with:
- 23 SWG Copper Pipes – FREE Upgrade to 22 SWG (Bigger)*
- 3 Core wires: 3C40 (indoor unit), 3C70 (outdoor unit) – Sigma Cable (Singapore Brand)
- 3/8 inch Class 1 Copper Pipes Insulation – FREE Upgrade to 1/2 inch*
- 13 mm diameter Drainage Pipes with Insulation – FREE Upgrade to 16 mm diameter*
** Commercial/non-HDB,BTO properties may have longer pipe run or hidden in cabinet or false ceiling. If you belong to these situations, you may purchase this product to secure the price that you see, but we require site-view to quote whether you have to top up additional charges or not, subject to the length of copper piping. – Ask for a FREE Site View.
Fulfillment Procedure:
- When we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange according to available installation schedule. Average installation lead time is 7-14 working days, subject to availability of manpower.
- Bracket and power point are not included. Please inform our arrangement personnel if you need these items. The price for Standard(L-shape) bracket – $150, Special bracket – $250, Power Point – $210, Power Isolator – $260.

Terms & Conditions for System Aircon:
- Items available for purchase may not be guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you with the best alternative, or you will be given a full refund.
- Standard installation for HDB/BTO in 1 trip is free. 2-trip installation have to top up $100. Rescheduling by customer without informing earlier may be charged $100 to compensate the installer.
- Dismantling is F.O.C if we dispose your aircon. If customer wants to retain the old aircon, dismantling fee will charge by system 1 for $50, system 2 for $100, system 3 for $100, system 4 for $100, system 5 for $100)
- Free 1-time servicing by our company has to be claimed within the 1st 6-month from the date of installation.
- Free upgrade of materials is subject to different brand’s refrigerant and length of pipe run, we reserve the right to advise which material is more suitable to use depends on several factors, see FAQ.
- We provide 7 days 1-to-1 exchange guarantee if the product is not working properly. Change of mind is not accepted as reason for exchange. For Return and Refund Policy, please refer to respective e-commerce platform’s guide.
- We provide 2 years Installation Warranty, kindly contact us if you are facing any problem with the aircon, if we cannot solve over the phone, we will come on-site to troubleshoot. If we detect that it is not installation caused but problem of product due to manufacturing defect, customer may have to contact the respective brand’s customer service for further support.
- Customer should read the Terms & Conditions regard to parts and compressor warranty of respective aircon brand’s and register the warranty within 14 days after installation.
