If you would like to add-on electrical points for aircon, kindly ensure your MCB distribution box has additional slot for that.

If you already have a system and intend to add on another system in the same premise, or if you wish to rewire your flat or install additional electrical points for air-con, you need to submit an application form(using SP Services Ltd) to HDB.

We can assist our customer to apply the permit from HDB/BCA to install higher electrical loading for $90 administration fee, non-inclusive of testing charges by PUB and electrician fee.

Rented flat may also need to apply permit from JTC/HDB to carry out electrical works.
