Delivery

When we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange according to available installation schedule. For product requires installation, average lead time is 7-14 working days, subject to availability of manpower.

Return & Refund Policy

 

BuyAircon.Online is offering a simple 7 Days Return & Exchange for all products if the product is defective on arrival or wrong product (eg. wrong size, colour, different product) is delivered. The 7 Days Return period starts from the date of delivery.

 

The product is not returnable if one of conditions below is met:

– Product has been delivered/installed.

– Product requires installation has been installed.

– Due to change of mind.

– The returns must be new, in original packaging, sealed condition, complete (free gifts included), and have all tags & labels attached where serial number can be identified.

 

How to return:

If your product applies to the return & exchange policy, please contact customer support at 8757 0319 (WhatsApp) to arrange a 1-to-1 exchange. Our operating hour is 9:00AM -5:30PM from Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

 

Refund Policy

 

Please take note that the processing time of your refund will depend on the type of refund and the payment method you used. The refund amount will be decided on a case-by-case basis, depends on the condition and situation. Delivery fee will not be refunded if delivery had been attempted.

Refunds from returns – Once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is successfully completed (Refer to Return Policy), the refund will be processed for the return item.
